How we handle what you tell us

Who we are

What we collect, and why

The application form. The nickname you give us, your country, your experience, how private you need to be, your available hours, anything you write in the free-text box, your preferred contact channel and handle, and your best time to reply. We collect this to decide whether we can help you and to contact you about it. We do not ask for your real name, a photo, or ID on this site.

Where you came from. If you arrived from an ad, the form records the ad click identifier and campaign tags from the link (for example gclid and utm_ values) so we know which ads lead to applications. These don't identify you personally.

Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, with IP addresses anonymised. If you use an ad blocker or decline tracking in your browser, the site works exactly the same.

Who sees it

Applications are received through Netlify, our hosting provider, and delivered to our small intake team. Nobody else sees them. We never share, sell, or publish application data, and we never contact you from a public account or on a channel you didn't choose.

How long we keep it

If you don't continue with us, your application is deleted 90 days after our last contact. If you do continue, the information becomes part of your creator record and is covered by the agreement you sign then. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by messaging the channel you applied from or emailing us.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw from the process at any point. Email team@xclusivedesires.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The site sets analytics cookies through Google's tag and stores your ad click identifier in your browser for the duration of your visit so it can be attached to your application. It does not use advertising cookies of its own.

Age

This site and our services are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and any such application is deleted.
